01When will my motorcycle arrive?+
The current estimated delivery window is 12–14 weeks after your order is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation immediately and progress updates as your motorcycle moves toward dispatch.
02When is payment collected?+
The full pre-order amount is collected securely during Shopify checkout. Your place in the delivery allocation is confirmed once payment is accepted.
03Can the delivery estimate change?+
The 12–14 week window is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Supply, transport, customs, or carrier conditions can affect timing. If anything changes, we will contact you using the email on your order.
04What if Volt District cancels the project?+
If Volt District cancels the Nix project before your motorcycle is delivered, we will refund the full motorcycle price and any shipping fees paid with your order, plus an additional $300 compensation payment. This commitment applies to a project cancellation initiated by Volt District.
05How do I change or cancel my pre-order?+
Contact hello@voltdistrict.fr with your order number. We will confirm the options available based on your order status and the terms presented at checkout.
06How will delivery be arranged?+
Before dispatch, we will confirm the delivery details attached to your order. Any final shipping information and applicable costs are shown during checkout.
