Delivery estimate
The current estimate is 12–14 weeks after order confirmation. The estimate includes planned allocation, preparation, final checks, and dispatch but is not a guaranteed arrival date.
Destinations and charges
Available destinations, delivery restrictions, shipping methods, and charges are shown or confirmed before payment. Customers are not responsible for a delivery charge that was not disclosed before the order was placed.
Where taxes, duties, registration fees, or import charges are not included in checkout, this will be disclosed before payment whenever required by applicable law.
Address confirmation
The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details. Before dispatch, Volt District LLC may request confirmation of delivery access, availability, or other information reasonably required for a motorcycle shipment.
Customers should report an address change promptly. A requested change may not be possible after dispatch and may create an additional carrier charge if clearly disclosed and accepted.
Dispatch and tracking
Once final checks are complete and the carrier accepts the shipment, the customer will receive dispatch or delivery-coordination information through the contact details attached to the order.
Delivery may require an adult recipient, identity check, signature, appointment, or suitable unloading access where permitted by law and disclosed by the carrier.
Delays
Production, safety checks, parts availability, transport, customs, weather, regulatory events, and carrier conditions may cause delay. Volt District LLC will communicate a revised estimate when a material delay becomes known.
A delay does not remove any mandatory right to set an additional reasonable delivery period, cancel in qualifying circumstances, or obtain a refund under applicable consumer law.
Risk, inspection, and damage
For consumer orders, risk remains with the seller until the customer or a person designated by the customer takes physical possession, except where the customer independently appoints a carrier not offered by the seller and applicable law provides otherwise.
The customer should inspect the packaging and motorcycle promptly. Visible damage, missing items, or an incorrect model should be documented and reported through the support channel shown on the order confirmation without unnecessary delay.
Failed or refused delivery
If delivery fails because the address is wrong, required access is unavailable, or the customer refuses a conforming shipment without exercising a legal right, reasonable redelivery or return costs may be charged where permitted by law and disclosed before being incurred.
