REFUND & RETURN POLICY.

Withdrawal, return, refund, and cancellation rules without reducing mandatory rights.

Effective date: July 25, 2026
01

Statutory withdrawal rights

Where distance-selling law gives a consumer a cooling-off right, the consumer may withdraw without giving a reason within the applicable period. For customers protected by EU rules, this period is generally 14 days after physical delivery of the motorcycle.

A withdrawal notice must clearly identify the order and the decision to withdraw. It may be submitted through the support channel shown on the storefront or order confirmation. Exercising a right before delivery does not reduce any broader right available under applicable law.

02

Returning the motorcycle

After a valid withdrawal, the motorcycle must be returned within the period required by applicable law. The customer may inspect it only as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, as they could reasonably do in a physical store.

The customer is responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary. The motorcycle, battery, charger, keys, documentation, accessories, and original supplied items should be returned together.

03

Return transport costs

For a change-of-mind return, the customer bears the direct return transport cost where this was disclosed before purchase and applicable law allows it. Motorcycles cannot normally be returned by standard post; the estimated or maximum return transport cost must be presented before checkout.

Volt District LLC bears required return or collection costs for a defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming motorcycle where applicable law requires this.

04

Refund timing and method

Following a valid withdrawal, amounts due will be refunded through the original payment method within the legally required period. Where permitted, reimbursement may be withheld until the returned goods are received or the customer supplies evidence of return.

The refund includes the standard outbound delivery cost where required by law. Any additional amount paid solely for an upgraded or express delivery method may be excluded to the extent permitted by law.

05

Damaged, incorrect, or defective goods

If the delivered motorcycle is damaged, incorrect, incomplete, defective, or not as advertised, the customer is entitled to the remedies provided by applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, these may include repair, replacement, price reduction, collection, or refund at no cost to the customer.

06

Pre-order cancellation

Before dispatch, customers may request cancellation. Requests are handled according to the order stage and mandatory consumer rights. This policy does not restrict statutory remedies for late delivery or non-delivery.

07

Project cancellation by Volt District

If Volt District LLC cancels the Nix project before delivery, the customer will receive a refund of the full motorcycle price and any shipping fees paid with the order, plus an additional $300 compensation payment.

The additional $300 commitment applies only to a project cancellation initiated by Volt District LLC and is separate from ordinary customer cancellation or return rights.
