What a pre-order means
A pre-order reserves a place in the planned production and delivery allocation for the selected Nix model. It is a purchase of a future-delivery product, not an investment, deposit account, ownership interest, or promise of financial return.
Payment and price
The full pre-order price is collected through Shopify checkout when the order is placed. The confirmed motorcycle price is locked for that order. Shipping, taxes, and other charges are disclosed before the customer confirms payment.
The launch price is a limited pre-order price. Once the pre-order phase ends, the advertised standard prices may apply to future orders without changing an already confirmed order.
Estimated timeline
The current estimated delivery window is 12–14 weeks after confirmation. This estimate is based on the current production, inspection, transport, and dispatch plan and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Volt District LLC will provide meaningful updates when an order reaches a new stage or when information materially affects the expected timing.
Product development changes
Current published specifications are target specifications. Reasonable changes may be made to improve safety, compliance, reliability, manufacturability, or component availability.
A material reduction in the principal characteristics advertised at the time of order will be communicated before delivery together with the options required by applicable law.
Customer cancellation
A customer may request cancellation through the support channel shown on the storefront or order confirmation. The available remedy depends on the order stage and applicable mandatory withdrawal or cancellation rights.
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract or any remedy for delay, non-delivery, or non-conformity.
Our project-cancellation commitment
If Volt District LLC cancels the Nix project before the customer’s motorcycle is delivered, Volt District LLC will refund the full motorcycle price and any shipping fees paid with the order, plus an additional $300 compensation payment.
This additional commitment applies only to a project cancellation initiated by Volt District LLC. It does not apply to an individual customer cancellation, rejected payment, failed identity or fraud checks, an unlawful delivery destination, a refused delivery, or an order cancelled because the customer breached the contract.
Records and order communication
Customers should retain the order confirmation and order number. Notices about allocation, material changes, dispatch, cancellation, or refunds will be sent through the contact details attached to the order.
