Pre-ordering a motorcycle requires trust. Here is what happens after payment, how delivery is prepared, and how we keep you informed.

The current estimated delivery window is 12–14 weeks after your order is confirmed. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date, and we will contact you if the expected timing changes.
02What happens after I place my pre-order?+
You receive an order confirmation by email. Your motorcycle is then assigned to the pre-order allocation, and we share meaningful progress updates as it moves toward dispatch.
03Is my payment secure?+
Payment is completed through Shopify’s secure checkout. The full pre-order amount is collected when you order, and your confirmation records the model, price, and delivery details.
04How will shipping be arranged?+
Before dispatch, we confirm the delivery information attached to your order. Available shipping methods, the final destination, and any applicable costs are presented or confirmed before the motorcycle is released for delivery.
05Can the delivery estimate change?+
Production, transport, customs, and carrier conditions can affect timing. If a delay occurs, we explain what changed and provide an updated estimate using the email on your order.
06What if Volt District cancels the project?+
If Volt District cancels the Nix project before your motorcycle is delivered, we will refund the full motorcycle price and any shipping fees paid with your order, plus an additional $300 compensation payment. This commitment applies to a project cancellation initiated by Volt District.
07Who can I contact about my order?+
