Legal guarantee
Consumers receive the mandatory legal guarantee that applies in their country. For goods sold to consumers covered by EU law, this includes a minimum two-year legal guarantee beginning on physical delivery.
The motorcycle must match the description, possess the promised qualities and functionality, be fit for its normal or agreed purpose, and include the accessories and instructions the customer can reasonably expect.
Available remedies
Where a covered lack of conformity exists, the customer may be entitled to repair or replacement free of charge. If the lawful conditions are met, a proportionate price reduction or termination and refund may be available.
Remedies will be provided within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, subject to the conditions and hierarchy imposed by applicable law.
How to make a claim
The customer should use the support channel shown on the storefront or order confirmation and provide the order number, model, description of the issue, and reasonable supporting photos or video where useful.
No repair, return, or shipment should be arranged until safe transport instructions are provided, particularly where a battery may be damaged.
What is not a product defect
- Normal wear of tyres, brake pads, chains, sprockets, bearings, grips, finishes, and other consumable components.
- Normal gradual battery capacity reduction that remains consistent with the product’s age, cycles, storage, temperature, and use.
- Damage caused by collision, racing, overloading, water ingress beyond the stated rating, improper storage, incompatible charging equipment, neglect, or failure to follow instructions.
- Damage caused by unauthorized modification, tuning, wiring changes, non-approved parts, or repairs, but only where the modification or repair caused or contributed to the fault.
Battery safety
A battery that is swollen, punctured, unusually hot, leaking, smoking, or involved in a significant impact must not be charged or used. The motorcycle should be moved away from combustible material only if it is safe to do so, and appropriate emergency guidance should be followed.
Commercial promises and legal rights
Any voluntary commercial warranty or goodwill remedy is additional to, and never replaces or reduces, the customer’s mandatory legal guarantee or product-liability rights.
